Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Wishing Willow 98% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 9.0 out of 10. To summarise the findings, parents love the environment (100% agree), the nursery is very clean (93% agree), the staff are competent and caring (100% agree) and know their key children well (94% agree). In addition the children are well stimulated (84% agree) and parents receive good verbal feedback from staff (93% agree). Parents said they would like some extra resources and that our administration could be improved, we are committed to working on these areas.
